Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Double Wing Bison Inc. (“Double Wing Bison,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the doublewingbison.com website (the “Site”). The Site is a brochure and marketing website that shares information about our company, our Thoroughbred breeding operation, and the products we offer, including the More Than Conquerors mobile application.
This policy applies only to the doublewingbison.com website. It does not apply to the More Than Conquerors mobile application, which has its own separate privacy policy. If you use the More Than Conquerors app, please review the app’s privacy policy at https://morethanconquerors.app/privacy, which governs the information practices of that product.
The Site is a relatively simple, informational website. It does not host user accounts, and it does not process payments. The primary ways we receive information through the Site are when you choose to contact us through a contact form or by email, and through the standard technical logs and analytics that are common to nearly all websites.
1. Who we are
Double Wing Bison Inc. is a for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We breed Thoroughbred racehorses and operate the More Than Conquerors application, and we maintain the doublewingbison.com website to share information about our company and our products.

Double Wing Bison Inc. is the entity responsible for the information practices described in this policy with respect to the Site.
2. Information we collect
We collect a limited amount of information through the Site. The categories of information we may collect are described below.
Information you provide to us. When you use our contact form or email us directly, you may choose to provide your name, your email address, and the contents of your message, along with any other information you decide to include. We use this information to read, route, and respond to your inquiry. You are not required to provide any of this information to browse the Site, but we cannot respond to a message if you do not give us a way to reach you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site and the infrastructure that serves it automatically collect certain technical information when you visit. This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type and version of your browser and operating system, the device type, the referring website or source, the pages and resources you request, the dates and times of your requests, and similar diagnostic and traffic data. This information is generated as a normal part of operating a website and is used to deliver pages, keep the Site secure, and understand how the Site is used.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies or similar technologies, such as small files stored by your browser, to support core functionality and, where enabled, to measure aggregate traffic. The specific cookies in use can vary over time. See the “Cookies and analytics” section below for more detail and for how to control them.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send us sensitive information through the contact form.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries, requests, and messages, and to communicate with you about the subject of your message.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical problems, preventing abuse, and protecting against fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- To understand how visitors find and use the Site so that we can improve our content and presentation.
- To comply with applicable law and to enforce our terms, protect our rights, and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use information collected through the Site to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information. We process information for the purposes described in this policy and in ways that are compatible with those purposes.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device to remember information about your visit. Some cookies are necessary for a website to function, while others help measure how a site is used. Analytics tools collect information about page views and visits, which we use in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site. Where we use analytics, we aim to use privacy-respecting tools and to limit the information collected to what is reasonably necessary to understand Site usage.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or alert you when a cookie is being set. The exact steps depend on your browser, and the browser’s help documentation explains the available options. Please note that if you disable certain cookies, some features of the Site may not work as intended. Many browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for how to interpret these signals, the Site may not respond to them.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.
Service providers. We use third-party service providers to operate the Site, such as web hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers (where enabled), and email and communications providers that help us receive and respond to your messages. These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request; to enforce our terms or other agreements; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Double Wing Bison Inc., our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If Double Wing Bison Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality arrangements.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states, as well as individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, may have rights to access the personal information we hold about them, to request that it be corrected or deleted, to obtain a copy of it, and, where applicable, to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, you can email us at support@doublewingbison.com and describe your request. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, for example by asking you to confirm details that match the information we hold. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require reasonable proof of that authorization.
7. Data retention
We keep information only as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as otherwise required by law. For example, messages you send us through the contact form are retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and technical logs are retained for a limited period for security, troubleshooting, and analytics purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or to remove information that identifies you.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information handled through the Site against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You send information to us at your own risk, and we encourage you not to include sensitive details in messages sent through the contact form.
9. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information through the Site, please contact us at support@doublewingbison.com so that we can take appropriate steps to delete it. Information practices for the More Than Conquerors app, including any features that may involve minors, are addressed separately in the app’s privacy policy at https://morethanconquerors.app/privacy.
10. International visitors
Double Wing Bison Inc. is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from and hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Privacy and data protection laws in those locations may differ from those of your country. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information as described in this policy.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this policy and post the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means that you accept the revised policy.
